  • Non Destructive Laboratory Testing of bolts
  • C.C.T.V External & Internal Inspection with Ground Monitoring Facility
  • Internal Surveys of Refractory Brick / Gunned Refractory, Steel, Rubber & G.R.P Linings
  • Lightning Protection to BS6651 1999

CONCRETE CHIMNEYS: The well documented problems associated with Steel Reinforced Concrete Structures, represents the need for regular and thorough inspections to Industrial Process Reinforced Concrete Chimneys.

  • Laddered Visual Examination - Full written report - Still Photos - Recommendations
  • Ultra Sonic Pulse Testing for Concrete Uniformity, depth of concrete through to reinforcement and measure to determining Electrolytic corrosion of the reinforcement
  • Core Test Samples to determine compressive strengths, carbonation & sulphate levels
  • C.C.T.V External & Internal Inspection with Ground Monitoring Facility
  • Internal Surveys of Refractory Brick / Gunned Refractory and Steel Linings
  • Lightning Protection to BS6651 1999

BRICK CHIMNEYS: Although comparably few in numbers to years gone by, the remaining Industrial / Process brick chimneys still in use today require regular inspection and maintenenance to ensure their on-going structural stability and integrity.

  • Laddered Visual Examination - Full written report - Still Photos - Recommendations
  • C.C.T.V External & Internal Inspection with Ground Monitoring Facility
  • External Brickwork inspected for fractures, perished joints and loose brickwork
  • Examination of Steel restraining bands - N.D.T of welds and bolted connections
  • Internal Surveys of Refractory Brick / Gunned Refractory and Steel Linings
  • Lightning Protection to BS6651 1999
